Office procedures & Insurance:

Dr. Tu is an out-of network provider and is not contracted with any insurance carrier.  We recommend that you contact your insurance carrier to determine whether your insurance plan has any “out of network” benefits for chiropractic services.

As a courtesy to our patients, we are happy to electronically submit the appropriate paperwork for applicable dates of service visits, for any reimbursement that may be due to the patient per the insurance plan policy.

Fees are due at the time of your office visit.

We also recommend to qualifying patients to consider opening either of the following pre-tax savings accounts during “Open Enrollment.”  Funds from these types of accounts can be applied to chiropractic care in our office.

Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flex Spending Account (FSA):

If either you or your spouse/partner have a HSA or FSA, chiropractic services and products are typically covered by either of these types of accounts.
